Out of State Buyers

Procedures for Purchasing Out of State:

• Contact Sun City RV toll free at 1-855-788-6329 and request a Purchase Order Agreement be faxed to you for the purchase of a specific RV.
• A Deposit is Required via Check, Wire Transfer or Credit Card.  Any balance of funds due will be paid at the time of delivery by a cashier check or wire transfer made payable to Sun City RV.  All funds must be in US Dollars.
• Please sign the Vehicle Purchase Order Agreement and either fax to 623-979-6488 or email to al@suncityrv.com.
• The Vehicle Purchase Agreement, if accepted by the seller, obligates you to purchase the vehicle in an allotted time frame agreed to by the Consignor.
• Sales tax will be calculated on a case by case basis, depending on the State of residence.
• Sun City RV performs a Safety Inspection on every vehicle sold, prior to delivery.  If you would like any additional inspections, Please contact our Finance Manager for details and pricing at 1-855-788-6329.
• Please remember that any and all balance due at delivery Must be Certified Funds or a Wire Transfer.

The Ramada Inn RV Park and Hotel is located right next door to Sun City RV and has been known to provide our customers with exceptional service. For Sun City RV customers they have also negotiated a special rate of $59.99 per night for the hotel and $26.00 per night for the RV Park.  To book a room at the Ramada Inn Hotel and RV Park please contact your sales representative; we will set it up for you.

Can A Unit be Delivered Out of State?

Either you or an agent you appoint would come to Sun City RV in Peoria Arizona to sign the paperwork and take possession of the unit.  If you send an agent to pick up the unit they will need a power of attorney form from you showing they can legally sign the purchase paperwork.  We will provide all the sales paperwork needed.
