Recipe Box
By popular request, we are excited to present the Sun City RV and
Sidewinders RV Club "Recipe Box". Here is the opportunity to share and
try your fellow campers favorite recipes. We would love to hear about
yours!
Simply fill out the communications form in the right hand column and
submit. Choose "Recipe Box" from the drop down menu and type (or cut &
paste) your recipe into the message field. We would love to give you
credit for your recipe, but will not publish your name unless you
specify that you give us permission to do so. Allow 24 to 48 hours
for your recipe to appear.
Be sure to check back before every outing
for some great suggestions.

Yummy Baked Beans

2 cans B & M
brown beans (or any pork & beans)
1 small can
Kidney Beans
1/2 cup
Molasses
1/4 cup Brown
Sugar
1 chopped
onion
1 chopped bell
pepper
2 tsp. mustard
2 tbs. ketchup
2 tbs.
Worcestershire sauce
3 strips of
crisp bacon
1/2 cup of
brown sugar
Fry bacon; sauté onions and bell pepper in bacon drippings. Mix
beans with mustard, brown sugar, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce in
baking dish. Add onion and bell pepper. Place bacon on top. Bake at
350 degrees for 60 minutes.
